The patterns of interior and exterior space permeate the environment of the human figure. Tender, yet slightly macabre, the artwork is beautifully haunted.

Holly Ann Sailors was born in a small town in Western North Carolina. Currently an artist working in New York City primarily in painting drawing and printmaking. Sailors received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from East Carolina University in Painting and Drawing in 2009. Sailors is attending the New York Academy of Art for her Masters of Fine Arts in Painting. Sailors has received artist training at the University of Georgia, Savannah College of Art and Design, and Penland School of Crafts. She has Studied at the Lamar Dodd School of Art in Cortona Italy,and and with the Liepzig international art program in Leipzig Germany. Sailors has exhibited regionally and internationally in solo and group shows.
